Culture is a very broad term, but to me New York will always be popular. London, as far as museums, or Paris. Rome is an incredibly great cultural destination. Minneapolis, with the amount of theatres and the new Art Institute, the new Guthrie Theatre, is a great value when it comes to a cultural destination. Buenos Aires is also an excellent value, has great theatre, the tango, and the architecture.
