How do I find a good professional organizer?
There are lots of ways to find professional organizers. There is an organization called The National Association Of Professional Organizers which has a website that you can log on to and they actually have a very interesting way to find organizers. You can click on a number of choices of things that you're looking for, whether that's a certain area that you're looking for an organizer in, a certain ability that that organizer might have, and it will give you a list of organizers in your area that do the things that you're asking for. That's one way of finding an organizer. Another is word of mouth, because the best recommendation is from someone who has actually used somebody and has had a positive experience. A lot of my business is strictly word of mouth, and I love that because it means that my clients are happy with what I do for them. That's another way, you can ask people. You'd be surprised by how many people have actually used a professional organizer, it's really more and more common nowadays. Ask around and see if anybody had anyone they recommend.
