And how can you have an alternative plan to either work through, if you are exposed to those triggers, or some kind of support that will allow you to not have to interact with that external trigger. Internally, to be able to know yourself and to come up with other alternatives of how to deal with stress, anxiety, whatever it is that tends to be your trigger.
