Remote access software gives the customer the ability to access their filing cabinet when they're not home. Remote access software means that if you have a folder on your computer that containing information that you need to have at your fingertips at all times, you have a portal on your phone, a program, that logs into your computer and shows you the information that you're looking for. From that you can download it, e-mail it, forward it, or fax it to wherever you want.
