Do I need to rearrange my closets for a showing?

I definitely recommend rearranging your closets for a showing. Make sure the shelves aren't stuffed with sweaters or jackets. Thin out your closet. My suggestion is, if you haven't worn something in six months, get rid of it. As far as shoes, make the shoes sparse on the ground, or in their holders. It really gives a buyer a good feeling of space in the closet.
