If I have already moved out and my house is empty, do I really need to stage it?

Chad Lund (Real Estate Agent) gives expert video advice on: Why is 'staging' my house so important to do in a slow market?; If I have already moved out and my house is empty, do I really need to stage it?; How important is curb appeal in a slow market? and more...

If you moved out of your house and the house then becomes empty, I would definitely recommend staging. Buyers coming into an empty home feels cold. It does not have a very warm feeling. Plus a lot of buyers, cannot figure out where furniture, or plants, or accessories go. By staging it, giving it a full affect of a living environment, it really gives a buyer a feeling of what the home could look like.
