It's not more dangerous. It's dangerous if there is transmission of bacteria from the rectum to the vagina. So if someone has anal sex and then has vaginal sex or someone has anal sex and isn't clean about it for lack of a better word rectal bacteria such as e. coli can be transmitted to the vagina and cause an infection.
