A shaving brush should only be in badger hair. If it's not badger hair, it's not a shaving brush. In fact, in French we don't have the expression shaving brush, that word does not exist. In French we call a shaving brush a "blaireau", and a "blaireau" is a badger. Because if it's not a badger, so if it's not a blaireau, it's not a shaving brush.
