Having like hairy legs, hairy chest, or hairy arms is for some people considered to be very manly. To others it is not. So, it becomes very personal. Now, is it a bad thing to shave your arm? No, it's not bad. So, basically if you want to shave your arms, you can shave them in a case of a man. Or you may consider waxing it also.
