Well I think what you have to do to decide on the best business model for your company is look around and see how different people are doing things. You can copy them and you should copy the things that make sense, but a lot of success comes from doing things differently. In other words, everybody is doing it this way and you come from a different background. Their background has all been in this industry and you came from a different industry, and so you apply that to them. You have got a different business model, maybe a better one, and so you really have to work it out for yourself. It just means how you are going to do the business. Learn the basics. I know the basic thing; I'm going to make this product, I'm going to find people to sell it either directly or through an intermediary like a retailer, and maybe I'm going to market to them and they are going to get some fee. So, you work this basic thing out and then maybe there are different kinds of techniques you can use. Maybe you make a little film about it and put it on the internet; there are all kinds of ways of doing it like that. Look what's going on; see what you can do to make it better.
