How can I tell if someone is anorexic or just naturally skinny?
I think that we are all so messed up right now about what's a real normal body type. On one hand we have got this obesity piece going on and then we have a normal body, then we have thin bodies and then we have over-thin bodies. So I think that when you look at a person who is just skinny, with skinny people you can just kind of tell, typically skinny people may also have fairly small breasts and their bodies may be shaped in a certain way, but if you have somebody who is really voluptuous over here but then have a really small body for the rest of the part of the body, then you know that there may have been a breast augmentation done and that there is a sculpting of the body thats started to happen over here. So then you are wondering about whether that is really a normal body type for them or not. And really when you look at somebody who is skinny versus you look somebody who is anorexic-skinny, you will notice that there is physical symptoms thats being talked about which is the hair looking brittle, certain hollowness to their cheeks, no color to their skin, no twinkle in their eyes, no brightness to their personality and you can kind of tell the person who is preoccupied with their thinness will be looking at themselves a whole lot and their reflections, kind off observing their body posturing themselves a whole lot, so there is a discomfort with the body that you sort off pick up on with somebody who is anorexic skinny versus somebody who might just be skinny, someone who just barge around.
