With regards to vehicle options and accessories, options are features that are actually installed in the vehicle at the port or factory. These options are all features that came attached to the vehicle when it was delivered from the factory to the dealership. Accessories are things that you can add onto the vehicle after the fact; maybe additional lighting, special grills or trim badges, upgraded leather seats, upgraded stereo systems, and very common these days would be upgraded wheels and tires. These are all things that are known as accessories and added onto the car after that.
