You can have a different flavor in each tier of your wedding cake. In fact, I've done weddings where the top tier is the favorite flavor of the bride and groom and the second tier or middle tier is the favorite flavor of the mom or the dad, and the bottom tier is something that everybody likes. For example, marble and cream cheese for the bottom tier of the wedding cake, chocolate and raspberry for middle tier, and then the top tier could be a carrot cake.
