Should I try any new cosmetics or facial products for my wedding day?
Carol Rosen (Professional Wedding Coordinator) gives expert video advice on: Should I have a professional wedding make-up and hair person?; Does it matter what type of mascara I wear on my wedding day? and more...
You already know not to try new cosmetics on your wedding day. What if it makes you break out? That would be disastrous. If there's something that you think you might want to try, do it at least a month ahead of time. If your skin is used to getting a facial, that's fine. If you're not used to getting facials, also do that a month in advance of your wedding. The point of a facial is to pull out the imperfections and the impurities and that means you're going to break out, and you don't want to have that happen five days before the wedding.
