Is a relationship with a level-three relationship stress level salvageable?
A level-three relationship can be salvageable, but it involves a lot of work now. You've got to sort of go to your separate corners and take a good look, both at what you're fighting about, but also, and maybe more importantly, how you're fighting. What is it that you're doing in the course of interacting with your partner that's causing this unending stress? When you look at that, it can give you clues about what's in your unconsciousness that hopefully you can deal with, and also what's in your partner's consciousness that you're accidentally setting off all the time?
