Guys, generally I would say no to shorts, especially in New York, Las Vegas or any other big city. In LA if you're going to a bar by the beach in Hermosa, Santa Monica, sure you can wear shorts. But if you're going to more formal bars in Hollywood, generally I'd say no. I really don't think you're going to get in with shorts, unless you're Justin Timberlake then, if you're a famous actor, all day, all night, but if you're not, stick to the pants.
