A Guide To Airbrush Tanning

Airbrush your skin like the stars and have that beautiful bronze glow you've always wanted! This video will guide you in how to get a proper tan with your airbrush.

Hi, my name is Abigail Oleck and I am founder of Beaubronz and spray tanner to the stars. And now I'm going to share with you my top tanning tips. Okay, so now I'm going to talk to you about your air compressor and your air brush.

So what we've got here is the air brush. Attached to it is a solution bottle. The way that's attached is like so.

And then you've got the compressor. Now with the compressor, the on and off switch is here. And I'm just going to tilt it slightly so you can see the pressure gauge.

And what we're looking for here is an 18 to 22 PSI. Now to get a correct reading of the PSI, you must have the button down on your air brush. So I'm just going to hold my button down now, and you'll see that that is between 18 and 22 PSI.

What that's going to give us is a light mist that's going to come through our air brush. Now with the air brush, the solution comes through here. The dial that controls the solution is here.

The button that you press is here. And this is the outer casing. So I'm just going to show you.

If this dial is completely closed, when I press the button down you can see there is no solution coming through. If I turn it twice, you'll see now that there is solution coming through, and it looks like a light mist, and it feels like a light mist. Now the back of your air brush, you have an outer casing.

So I'm just going to show you how to undo that. It just comes off like so. You have a locking nut, and you have a needle.

Now what this needle is doing is it's going all the way into the hole in your air brush. And it's to be controlled by this dial. So as you turn this dial, what's happening is the needle is coming out, and that's allowing more solution to come through.

So that's how you control your solution flow on your air brush. .
