They're sometimes called herbal teas, which is slightly misleading, as a tea can only come from a Camellia sinensis plant or a Camellia assamica plant. Nonetheless, they're widely drunk in tea rooms across the UK and they are perfectly blended together as well to make some perfect herbal infusions. Some of the herbal infusions that you can get that are very popular are lemon verbena, whole peppermint leaf, chamomile flower, bonobos; we have fennel tea, rose tea; the list goes on.

Best get anything that's an herb, you can make into an herbal infusion, as long as you like the flavor. We also really like, here at the Tea Box, black currant and hibiscus herbal infusion which is great in winter. The hibiscus flower is renowned to actually help fight off heart disease, so, as you can see, it's a good drink to have around.
