A Guide To Soft Tip Darts

This film shows the difference of soft tip darts and steel tip darts in appearance and in the dart games they are commonly used.

So, what are soft tip darts and where do you use them? You certainly wouldn't use them in leagues in this country, in the United Kingdom, but the chances are if you're playing leagues in America or Japan, you'll need to use soft tip darts because they are used on the electronic darts game which we've talked about in another film. It's a very user-friendly thing and especially for small children playing darts, then you're probably happier to see them playing soft tips rather than steel.

As they get older, the more experience in the game, then the youngsters will come to play the steel tip game. In order to play soft tip darts well, you're going to need to do just as much practice as you would to play steel tip darts. Well, there's absolutely no difference in the game except for the points of the darts.
