Today, I'm going to talk you through how to wax thighs. There are three major types of bikini waxes that are popular mainly; one being the regular, the second being the Brazilian, and the third, the Hollywood. So, a regular is just as it sounds, it's literally just the sides of the legs; just whatever hair is outside of the underwear or bikini line.

The hair is removed using usually a warm wax, although hot waxes and sugar waxes are incredibly popular as well. A Brazilian wax is basically a landing strip; all hair is removed from the underneath area and the sides just leaving a short strip at the front. This is best done using a hot wax or a warm wax; I wouldn't suggest using a sugar wax as it can be quite sticky and it's quite a delicate area it's trying to clear with its sticky consistency.

The third wax is the Hollywood wax; this is where all hair is removed from the pubic regions. I'd recommend using, again, either a hot wax or warm wax for these areas - a cream wax is very, very gentle and it's quite useful for waxing all areas. When you're having a Brazilian or Hollywood wax, you're usually provided with a pair of paper pants or disposable underwear, just to keep you comfortable, to keep you positive that you aren't too on show.

It's usually done in a private room with one therapist who will give you all the advice for after-care you need. And that's today's guide to different types of bikini waxes. .
