Relegation Worries For Newcastle

No I'm not worried about relegation. I'm delighted they appointed him. I think he'll do a great job. I think they need to get through this season and then he'll be given money to spend, I'm sure, and bring some of his own players in and then we'll have something to look forward to next season.

Well if that man can't bring success to England then I don't think anyone can. I think all the players are probably not as good as we think they are. I'm still a believer in that we have the players to be successful and we hope that this man can bring it out in them.

'39th Game' In The Premier League

I'm not too sure '39th game' will go down too well. It is the English Premier League, and we have got the best league in the world, I'm pretty sure of that as a whole package. I can understand why people are so interested in it, but I'm not too sure they could find a fair way of doing it. So at this moment in time I think it's a 'no'.

Eduardo Injury

I feel for him . . . I feel very sorry for him. It looked a really bad injury at the time. I'm pleased the arsenal have come out and said he'll make a full recovery. I had a similar sort of injury, probably not as serious as his, and I was back playing after seven month. There'll be some lonely days ahead for him, and some hard days, but I don't think there's any reason why he can't come back fitter and stronger than ever.
