I'm going to show you how to make Amaretto Sour. To make this beautiful cocktail, we need amaretto disarono, which is an Italian liqueur, and sweet liqueur. We need some simple syrup; we need some angostura bitter, egg white, cherries for garnish and lemon.

First step, we need to chill the glass. So, rock glass, lots of crushed ice, leave on the side ready to chill. Second step, we're going to put napkins and we're ready to use bosnios.

Half lemon. Squeeze in there. We're going to use some simple syrup.

Ten ml goes in. Very good! We're going to use two dashes of angostura bitter, that much. Now, we're going to use 50 ml of amaretto.

There we go. Ten ml of egg white. There we go.

Ice. Shake. Remove the ice.

Drop inside. Garnish. Cherries.

There we go. Straws. That is Amaretto Sour. .
