Arm Massage

Step 1: Wrist Massage
Next one, we're actually going to go up. We're coming back down and just going to give a little pull right at the wrist area. Going up. Coming back down with lighter pressure and then going to pull at the wrist area. Going up and kind of pulling.
Step 2: Extension
Rememember how we went down here then up at the same time, well you can actually incorporate more of the chest area into it to if you want. So you can go up, more of the upper chest, just not the breast tissue area for this.
Step 3: Rachet Technique
The next one is called the rachet technique. So you are actually going to extend and slide up.
So if you have a person that wants a little more pressure, and your body is not capable of giving more pressure then this is actually preforming more of a stretch and a massage all at the same time.
You can actually rotate it like this back and forth and you can go different parts of the arm.
Even go in the pec region too for more pressure. Just be aware of where their arm is going. Just make sure it doesn't hit you.
Step 4: Other Side
Now I'm going to the other side and actually demonstrate going the other direction too then. So you're actually going this way then. It is a different kind of motion.
And everybody has heard of a snake bite before. You can actually perform this kind of massage and it can be very relaxing. So you're going to go back and forth with this on the arm area.
Then again, if they want more pressure, just watch their body, and the way it's reacting to it.
Step 5: Developements
The next one is that you can crank it by turning it to one side, turn to the other side, one side, next side, one side, next side.
