Step 1: What's the homework like at secondary school?

Homework:
- it builds up slowly; by the middle of the year you're getting quite a lot
- you can't forget it regularly as you'll get in trouble
- if you don't listen at the beginning of the lesson you'll find the homework tricky
- you'll be given about an hour per day.

Tips:
- do it as soon as you get it
- take your time, don't rush it
- do your work in a quiet place with no distractions
