Step 1: Back massage:
This is technique 2 from page 35. Position both your hands on top of each other on the shoulder and draw a figure of eight from one shoulder to the next by drawing a zero on the area between the first shoulder and the spine. Then draw the second half from the other side of the back. When crossing over the spine, soften the pressure. This whole movement should cover the upper third of the back. Repeat this same movement on the middle and lower back areas. You can repeat starting from the lower third of the back working your way up to the shoulder again.

there was a part you have to massage to finish i think you have to gently press your 2 thumbs in the middle of the spine and move them out wards or somehting cos i had a back massage and thats what they did with me to finish
