Ingredients
- 50 ml Baileys
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 bunch of mint
- 50 ml cold coffee
- crushed ice
Step 1: Add Mint
Add the sugar and a small bunch of mint to a tall glass, then muddle them together.
Step 2: Add Baileys
Add 50ml of Baileys to the mint and sugar.
Step 3: Add Ice
Add Crushed ice to the glass.
Step 4: Add Coffee
Pour 50ml of cold coffee into the glass.
Step 5: Add Ice
Top the glass up to the top with more crushed ice.
Step 6: Stir
Stir everything together until well combined.
Step 7: Add Ice
Top up with more crushed ice.
Step 8: Garnish
Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
