Okay, I am going to show you how to play the main chords in the key G Major which is a common key for country and common music. The first chord you have in G is G Major which is just all the strings in Banjo in stand in cheering open. The next chord, the fore cord is C, for which I place my ring finger on the second fret of the first string, my in next finger on the first fret of the second string and my middle finger on the second fret of the first string.

This is C major. Then the next one which is often used in the Banjo is a D7, for which I place my in next finger on the first fret of the B string, constraints, and my middle finger on this second fret of the G string (third string).Another way of playing this D major or D is to place your little finger on the fourth fret of the first string, your middle finger on the third fret of the second string, your index finger on the second fret of the first string and your ring finger on the fourth fret of the fourth string.

These chords together would be G, C, D, D7 and G again.
