    I wonder where this girl is from. Since my mid twenties to now my late thirties, I'm having troubles with pencil eyeliner. When I do the lower lid on my eyes it looks good, but by late in the day my right eye looks smudged and the left looks great! Here's.the thing, I never touch my eyes all day.
