I'm Marco Gianni from 64th & social, bar manager, and I'm going to talk to you about Cognac or brandy, as you prefer.Guys now we are going to have a swizzle my nizzle, one of our new cocktails made again with cognac, which is in a 14 oz glass, crush ice; we have some crushed ice, 20 ml of lemon juice and nice big glass of a Courvoisier, our cognac. 10 ml of each prendepitch tuaca.
Here we are, just to make it generous so the customer doesn't have anything to do. 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters Here we are, ready to be shizzled. Shizzle up, you'll love it.
To see if it's balanced, it's a cheeky taste. Every bartender says to see if balance is right, just to have a drink. Oh beautiful, can't be better than this!
