Ingredients

  • 50 ml rose wine
  • 150 ml champagne
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 40 g icing sugar
  • 10 frozen strawberries

Step 1: Mix the Ingredients

Add some frozen strawberries to a bowl. Add 50ml rose wine, 150ml champagne, the juice of 2 lemons and 40g icing sugar. Blend with a hand blender. Add more icing sugar if needed. Pour and serve.
