he's not pointless,he's teaching psychology,but the ignorant will say it's pointless. This video is breaking down the facts as they are known,and everything in it is true, the 'aggressive-parent' bit has a LOT to do with one's self-confidence. It is true that the video is very technical,but again,just because people are non-technical,it does not mean that technical is bad.

Terrible video!!! It simple doesn't do what it says: no teaching how to improve communication skills... The presenter doesn't use strong facts to prove his point. It's also a bit boring.......

I thought this video was very disappointing i didn't learn anything really to help me communicate please can we find others for this title to help all. :)
