Different Brush Strokes

Using different brush strokes to create an image the grip of the brush needs to change.

When working in detail hold the brush like holding a pencil upright.

Fill the brush with paint and changing the grip scrap the colour across the paper, this will give a broken effect also depending on the texture of the paper.

Change the grip keeping the brush upright to paint in more detail.

Tip: There is no order in building up the image it is a matter of how the techniques are applied.
