Allergies Understood

Can you be allergic in five years or something and today not to be allergic?

It’s very common for patients to outgrow allergies especially food allergies. The pattern of allergies change over the years and so children may be allergic to certain substances in their first year or two of life and later be able to tolerate eating those items.

Step 2:

Allergy Patterns

One can become allergic to dust or moulds or pollens a little later in life and then have those allergies leave for some unexplained reason. So the pattern of allergies clearly can change over time. And we should always be alerted to this fact because we may be able to tolerate exposure at one age but at later ages we can’t.
