Exercise For Losing Flabby Arms

Do this exercise at home to get rid of your flabby arms & tone up your triceps so your arms won't jiggle when you wave at people.

Step 1: Lose flabby arms.

Ok, what I'm gonna do right now is I'm gonna show you another exercise you can do at home that's gonna help you get rid of your flabby arms. Ok, now what we're gonna do is real simple.

All you’re gonna do is sit on a bench, something like this at your house. Get into a position just like this. Now, notice how my legs are. You want your legs to be paralyzed. The only thing that is gonna be moving is your arms or your elbow joint. All you’re gonna do is this: come down, touch the floor, and push back up with your arms. Alright? Now notice when I did it, notice I didn’t use my legs. Notice I didn’t do this. Don’t do this. Don’t do this, alright. The only thing that’s moving is your arms. Bend your elbows, touch the floor, and push back up. Ok?

Step 2: Exercise

Now, I know some of you ladies out there may not be able to go all the way down the first time, so what you’re going to do is, to solve that problem, take something like this. Like, for example, right now I’ve got some paper towels. Put the paper towels up under you, on the floor like this. Now start coming all the way down to the floor. You’re come down until your butt touches the paper towels. So watch this, ladies. All you’re gonna do, same thing, set up. Come down, touch the paper towels, push back up. Real easy. Real easy. But notice, my legs are paralyzed. Everything from my waist down when you’re doing this exercise is paralyzed. Don’t use your lower body. Ok? The only thing that’s moving is your elbow joint. Push back up. Real easy.

Step 3: Go lower.

Now, once coming down to the paper towels gets easy you go to even lower. So what you do is, see what I done here, you get some boats or anything else, like for example I’ve got a bunch of board games. Put those on the floor. Do the same thing. Sit back up. Come back down until your butt touches the board games. Push back up. That’s all I’m doing. Ok? Now, if you forget anything else, it’s very important. Waist down, you’re paralyzed. The only thing that’s moving is your elbow joint. And what I’m showing you is working the back of your arms to get rid of this flab.

Step 4: You can use Chairs.

Now, if you don’t have a bench at home you can use two chairs. What you’re going to do is, you’ve got two chairs here. Space them apart a little bit. Same set up. Lower body is paralyzed. Come all the way down. Push back up. Come all the way down. Push back up. Now, the same thing - if you can’t make it all the way down, put some paper towels or some board games up under you. Same set up. Come back up, oops, that slipped there. Hold up. Make sure the paper towels are up under you first. Alright? Now put them up under you, come down to the paper towels. Push back up. Real easy.

Step 5: Repeat.

If you do that exercise, it well help get rid of your flabby arms. Now, start off with doing 3 sets of 8 reps, maybe twice a week, and move to 4 sets of 8 reps three times a week. But remember, ladies, if you can’t come all the way down, come down just to the paper towels. Ok? See you next time for your next exercise video.
