    I think this is good advice. The steps are not a drastic change, but they are simple and easy tips. The only thing I disagree with is showing leg and cleavage at the same time. I think it is ok to show both if your behind is not hanging out and your nipples are not popping out of your shirt. The girl in the video did look better after the transformation in my opinion.
