I was actually trying ti flag up how the american government with its 'god bless america ' attitude were insinuating the tests were a good thing, and as long as we all drank out milk and ate kellogs cornflakes every morning we would be rescued from this sort of atrocity as if there were assurances of this from beyond the whitehouse

I'm certainly glad waitress45 managed to make absolutely no sense at all, yet still come across as vaguely offensive. Hooray for her! In fact, how about everyone email her to let her know how great she is for this particular bit of inanity.

Typical 1940s American propoganda... the government taught us everything we needed to know to make us feel safe in an uncertain world... not much has changed in sixty years, unfortunately

A fascinating documentary and a terrifying reminder of humans' power to destroy our precious planet. I was very upset to know that innocent animals were sacrificed in the interest of research; what a terrible fate for them to meet!
