Football Freestyle: How To Do A Footbag Flick

Hi. I'm the freestyler, Oli Hayes, and today I'm going to show you the football flick. I'm not sure if that's the official name but that's what I call it.

Here's what it looks like. The football flick is basically a quickstall and then the flick off, and a footbag motion. So that is a sport called footbag.

You usually use with a smaller ball but as we're doing it with a football, I just call it the footbag flick. The best tip I can give you for the footbag flick is to lower you foot, the one you're touching the ball with, so you're making it look like the ball is staying on your foot for longer. A bit like this, so you want to lower down with the ball, so it looks like it's staying on your foot for longer.
