Hi. I'm a freestyler, Oli Hayes, and this is the head stall. The first tip to the head stall is to balance the ball on your hairline.
You want to place with your hands, just follow the ball so you're getting the ball and following the movement where it's going so. When you master that, you can go from the foot so you can balance on your foot, flick it up to your head. Or you can go from your neck, and go up to your head.
