Football Freestyle: How To Do A Xover

Football freestyling can be tricky to learn, but with these X-Over and X-Over 360 tips from freestyler Oli Hayes, you won't go wrong.

Hi, I'm the freestyler Oli Hayes, and I'm going to teach you how to do the X-Over. Here's what it looks like. That was the X-Over.

The best way that I can teach you this trick is also like the crossover, from your hands. So, you get the ball and drop it at a nice height, jump up and catch it. Also you can do it from a foot start.

So you flick it up, X-Over, catch it, or you can go back to kick ups. Here's a more advanced version of the X-Over, this one's called the X-Over 360. Check it out.

That was the X-Over - I'm the freestyler Oli Hayes. Keep it street. Peace.
