Hi. I'm a freestyler, Oli Hayes, and I'm going to show you how to do sit-down kick ups. Here's what it'll look like.

That was the sit-down kick ups. The easiest way to explain how to do the trick, and you can always improvise with this, you just want to get your foot parallel to the floor so the ball's just staying and it's not going to go anywhere else. You've just got to kick up just like you would do standing.

But just like if you were standing up, your foot would be on this angle, so you just want to get the angle on the floor. So you're controlling the ball, right, because otherwise the ball's going to come back to you like that. So what you want to do is just get your foot straight and parallel to the floor and then carry on and do kick ups just like you would standing.

Other than that, you can play around and do some cross overs, bounce on your shin, catch on your knees, flick it out, or roll over and catch on your head. I'm Oli, the freestyler Hayes, that was the sit-down kick ups. Peace.
