In this video, I'm going to show you some football techniques. This is our running back showing a two-point stance. He's got his toes just wider than shoulder width apart, heels slightly off the ground, and his hands on his thighs.
He's not applying much weight to his hands. This position is mainly used by running backs. Here, we have a three-point stance.
Similar to the two point stance, this time, we place our right hand on the floor, about two feet in front of the feet. Here, we have a receiver stance. We have our weight on our front foot and our back foot is light on the ground.
