Gears Of War 3 Tips

A popular category of games are shooting games and these break down into few different types. What I'm going to be looking on today is 3rd person shooter, Gears of War 3. I've got some hints and tips for you.

Now, I've got the game running here. As you can see, I can see a few of the enemies, but lots of them are secured by holding down the left bumper, you get attacked, and that means that you can see both enemies and weapons that usually would be secured by line of sight and it also means that you can see them if you are in sandstorm or someone has thrown a smoke grenade. Another important tip is a technique called "spotting" and this is good if you are in a team because what you do is you hold down your left trigger as you would normally target the enemy, but by pressing it down on your left stick, you make it click, you spot them which puts blue blob over their head, and it can be seen through walls so both you and your teammates have much better idea where the enemy is.

And finally, really important aspect in Gears of Wars 3 is using cover so you can simply run up to a piece of scenery, press A and that locks you into a cover. Now, when you are into a cover, you can still shoot by holding down the left trigger but you are lot less exposed than if you would be shooting in open territory.
