Get Rid Of Lower Ab Fat Or Flab Fast

See how to use two chairs at home to remove lower ab fat. A great exercise that you can do in the comfort of your own home. See how to use two chairs at home to remove lower ab fat. A great exercise that you can do in the comfort of your own home.

Step 1: The Exercise

To tone up your lower abs, sit down in a folding chair, like I'm doing here, place your feet up on a table, inhale and raise your feet up off the table, and exhale and lower your legs back down slowly to the table. And you want to do this over and over, for about 8 to 12 times.

Step 2: Increase The Difficulty

If raising your feet up off the table is too easy, then use another chair, or something else lower than a table. Then when the chair gets easier, place your legs lower on something else, or all the way down on the floor and raise your feet up. Just remember, all you're doing is inhaling, raising your legs up, and then you're going to exhale and bring your legs back down slow.

Step 3: Repetitions

Now, if you want a real good lower ab workout, start off by doing 3 to 5 reps off the floor, then do another 5 to 8 reps from the chair, then finish it off by doing 8 to 12 reps off the table. Rest for about five minutes and do it again, and this will give your lower abs a great workout.

My question is, say you have a little tummy fat above your muscles, does it burn the fat in that area or just build muscle underneath and make you stomach stick futher out. I have been doing my cardio and all kinds of stomach exersices... It just seems like its taking for ever.

you can do this lying down too, you can really feel the burn, help if u have something to hold on to thats not goin to move. keep your back on te floor at all times & hold onto something (maybe someones lower shin). start with your legs in the air at about a 90 degree angle from your hips, then slowly lower your legs (keeping them sraight all times) untill your heals ALMOST touch the floor and then use your stomach muscles to bring your straight legs back upto the 90 degree angle.
