Guitar - Major Bar Chords

here is a run down on the Major Bar Chords you can play on your guitar. Don't forget to practise!

Before you start to play check that your guitar is in tune. Watch our other films on how to tune your guitar, if you are unsure.

To play the A major place the first finger on fret 5, the second finger pull in to the G string and the third finger on the A string on fret 7 and the small finger goes on the D string also on fret 7.

Practise playing A major to G to the bar chord of G major and F.

Once you are familiar with them practise moving from chord to chord, so that your notes do not have any buzzing or humming sounds. The progressions should sound fluid and smooth with practise.
