Now, I'm going to talk to you about the latest trends in colour. At the moment, there are a lot of rich and luxurious colours. With the copper, the all-over copper, this is for people that really want to stand out and want to scream.

This has been very popular for the last six months, and it's going to carry on for the next six months. With the red tones, with Cheryl Cole's, it's very deep and rich. This is more of a relaxed kind of red, so it's not going to scream into your face, it's more of a tone that you see in the light.

With Rihanna's hair, it's more of a scream kind of red, where it's just in-your-face, but with this colour, it's very high-maintenance. This will give more of a rich warm tone which will complement Latino skin like Shakira's. Another trend that's really popular at the moment is the grown-out look.

People like Drew Barrymore are really carrying this off, and Jennifer Aniston's also another favourite with this. Basically, what this is, is when the highlights or the full colour are grown out so much that it's almost half and half. So, half would be roots and the other half would be the blonde.

The reason this is popular at the moment is that it's quite a Bohemian, beach look which is very relaxed and very low-maintenance. And that's the rundown of the latest colouring trends. For more information, come into the salon and see a hairdresser. .
