Heatherette Trio One Tutorial, Part One
MAC's Heatherette Trio one has an icy peach, gorgeous aqua, and a black with aqua sparkles. Here, I show you how to apply it.

Step 1: Heatherette Trio One.
Hey! Yesterday I tried to do a tutorial with the Heatherette Trio One and it didn't work so I am gonna try again today and I am gonna mix it up a little bit. I didn't really like the eyeliner that I chose yesterday. To start off I am gonna put on Delphic fluid line. It's kind of a teal color. And I am just gonna put this right over my lid, up to the crease. I am using my fingers to apply this. You can use a brush if you want to. It's probably better. I just really hate cleaning creams out of brushes. So I use my finger when I can.
Step 2: Use a medium brush.
Sorry about the video yesterday. I was just a little crazy after I finished the whole tutorial. I was nervous and then it didn't work. So I got a little bit stupid I guess. To start off, I want to use just a medium brush. This is a paint brush. It's called the three eighths one from Loew-Cornell. And I am going to apply that icy peach color I mentioned. Right on the brow bone. I am trying to keep this within the camera's range. I've got kind of a crazy set up right now. But you put that from the crease up, and then in the inner corner right here. That's just gonna brighten your eye. And then you do the other one. And you'll get back later and fill in some more along the outer edges. I forgot to mention I had already applied my lids with bare study paint pot, which is a shimmery champagne color. You can use painter lee if you want. That's just a matte color. It's still a skin tone color for me.
Step 3: Use a Smaller Brush.
Ok, and next I am gonna use the middle one. Everything is backwards on this computer again. I have to get used to it. It's the aqua color. It's called mood ring. And I will put that on top of where I put the Delphic fluid line. And the Delphic just helps the color pop. You don't have to use it. It will be a little sheerer on if you don't. Or you could use a black base underneath and that will give you a little bit more depth which is just from the inner corner to the outer corner up to the crease. Ok and now I am gonna take a smaller brush. It is the one fourth Loew-Cornell with the same Maxine's matte just like the other one. It's got a purple handle if you can't tell on the screen. I'm taking a little bit of the icy peach color. I'm putting it right in the corner. Hopefully I won't put it in my eye like I did yesterday because that kind of hurt. I really like these shadows because they are so soft. They just go right on and you don't even have to blend them out too much. It's just they just go on perfectly. Now I am taking the aqua color and I am putting it in the middle, underneath, sweeping that up almost to the outer edge.
Step 4: Finish up.
Ok, and back to that three eighths brush. Actually no, I am going to use the one fourth. Dip a little into the black color and then draw the line that I want here and take it into the crease. Need a little more. We need to blend it in. I'm taking it a little bit above my crease, because my eyes are deep set. And otherwise you wouldn't see any color there when my eyes are open. Take it almost all the way in. Can you see about half way in. Maybe about three quarters of the way in on top. And on the other side do the same thing. And just like I did with the other two colors, I am going to add a little bit underneath, just in that outer corner. And I'll take the bigger brush, it's the one half, and I'm gonna just kinda go in circular motions and sweep in from the outer corner to blend it into the aqua and then back out again on top. You just don't want any harsh lines and you want all the colors to blend together so you can't tell where one starts and one ends. And do the same over here. Sweep up and in. And to line, you can use another fluid line, it's called black track. It's just a dark black.
