Jaw problems? It's those teeth that are the problem! How did she manage to get 2 people to act in her video who had equally bad teeth? Just goes to reinforce the (wrong) view that all of us Brits have bad gnashers! Despite this the advice is helpful, if a little obvious.

This advice is pretty rubbish. The problem is that all these are unconcious movements and are very hard to control. Instead of dealing with the symptons you should deal with the illness. If your in a happy and relaxed state of mind then none of these gestures will occur and you'll be much more approachable. A real smile is easy to tell from a fake one. Anyway, the easiest way for a girl to get approached is to seperate from her friends (big groups are intimidatory) and to be wearing something interesting (like a cowboy hat) so guys can think of something to say/ have a reason to approach.

The smiling eyes really works. I use it all the time especially if I'm tired but still want to appear pleasnt, people fall for it 99% of the time. The other 1% is when I lose it too quickly or complain.

I studied Communications; have a degree in it for what it's worth. These are good tips, even if they are topical. For the folks who say they don't fix the problem, I say, What do you expect from a video blog? Even if you are/have been in therapy, doesn't mean you have your body language down pat. You have been learning that far longer than you have been in therapy. A little conscious effort into your body language is the first step into change. You weren't born neurotic, how you gonna get back to healthy if you don't put in some practice?
