If you want to get rid of belly fat fast, there are three areas you need to look at. You've got your general lifestyle. You've got your nutrition.
And look at your training. Now, general lifestyle - if you are working in an office all day, not moving around much, just try and move a bit more. The more you move, the more calories you burn, the smaller your tummy will get.
Secondly, have a look at your nutrition. Now, the main thing about nutrition is trying to reduce the bad things in your diet as much as you can. So, try and reduce alcohol, reduce processed foods, reduce sugar.
If you do that, that will make a difference. Just by itself to make a difference. And finally, we have got training or exercise.
Now, as the world of exercise is huge, there are lots of different types of classes and types of movement and exercise you can do to burn fat quickly. One more recent, sort of, approach is sort of very popular approach nowadays is using kettle bells. Now, kettle bells are really good.

The key thing to look at is my hips, powerfully coming up, back, powerfully coming up. Now, this looks quite easy. In fact, it's pretty difficult.
You should maybe do 50, 100, 150 reps. It's a great cardiovascular workout and you are training your legs in a muscular fashion, which, again, maximises fat loss. So, to recap, look at your lifestyle, look at nutrition, and look at your training.
