Step 1: Change your online status

First things first you need to block your online status, so your boss can't check you are online. Go into the 'Privacy' section of your profile and click on the 'edit settings' link. Now click on the drop-down option next to your online status and change it to 'No one.' First part complete.

Create an office rear view mirror or any other innocuous reflective object so you can see your boss' sneaky rear approach.

Step 4: Stay anonymouse

If your employers are acting like MI6 & are tracking your computer usage try using a service like anonymouse.org. By entering the facebook address into its browser your computer will communicate via their server rather than facebook's, destroying the paper trail that your employer will be using to track your facebook usage!

Step 5: Stay one step ahead…

If your employers have taken the ultimate step and blocked your servers access to facebook don't despair! There is one more thing you can try. Sites such as facebooking101.com and unblockfacebook.net work in a similar way to anonymouse but they allow blocked sites to still be accessed even if your employer has tried to restrict your access!
