How Safe Is Your Cell Phone?
See what big cell phone company's want to hide from you and learn how much damage your communication habits could do to you. Shocking results.
Step 1: Mobile Phone Statistics
Today, six out of seven people own a cell phone. More than half of the cell phones in use today were manufactured before 2005 when SAR (specific absorption rate) didn't mean much. Meaning that the radio wave emissions of the phones could legally reach any level. Most users don't understand exactly how this affects them in the long run.
Step 2: Experiment
Let me show you what you might be exposing yourself to. Regular microwave ready popcorn. Let's take it and place four or more non-SAR cell phones pointing towards the corn. Have them ring constantly at the same time for ten minutes. The result, are you surprised?
Step 3: The Results
If you suspect this effect is fake, I strongly encourage you to try this yourself. Here it is from a different angle. You can do the same experiment with an egg, but you have to let the phones ring constantly for around two hours.
Step 4: Dangers Of A Mobile Phone
Imagine years of using these phones, even though you don't use four of them at the same time and you don't point them toward your brain. It's estimated that the average cell phone user talks about eleven minutes a day. Now that's 66.9 hours a year. And by the way, you're not safe if your phone has a touch screen or state of the art features.
Step 5: Mobile Phone Safety
This is a good example. This phone has got a TV, FM radio, dual sim, MP3 player, flash memory and a 1.3 megapixel camera but it's as harmful as a regular five year old phone. Instead of warranty and safety seals, you'll find useless logos you've never seen before. Notice it lacks the popular CE safety approval and replaced with an illusion CECT. So make sure your next phone is known to be safe if you know what I mean.
